She currently leads Strategy and Operations at Google, managing a global team across Asia Pacific, EMEA, and the United States. Prior to Google, she spent nearly a decade at Target, holding key leadership roles in Finance and Operations. Born and raised in Ghana, Dede remains deeply connected to her roots. She and her husband co-own Bridgeview Hotel and Bridgeview Lakeside Hotels in Akosombo, fostering local business growth. As a mother of three in a dual high-profile career household, she has mastered balancing leadership with family life. Passionate about empowering women and underrepresented groups, Dede actively promotes mentorship and leadership development. Holding a Bachelor’s in Economics and a Master’s in Finance and Strategy, she combines strategic vision with execution to drive meaningful impact
